Juanita Davies is president and owner of the consulting firm J. Davies & Associates.  She has been in the training and consulting field for more than 20 years.  Her client base includes several thousand executives, managers and staff personnel representing a diverse business population from various countries in major corporations and organizations throughout the United States.  J. Davies & Associates provides both consulting and training services to organizations that want to invest in their people. She has consulted with Fortune 500 companies in the area of Management & Professional Development, Quality Improvement and Personal Effectiveness. She believes in creating long-standing partnerships with her clients, tailoring programs to meet evolving needs.

Juanita currently serves on the Executive Board of the New York Association of Psychological Type and is a recognized MBTI® Qualified Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs assessment. She is a member of the American Management Association, the Association of Training & Development and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
