Management Development
 

Description

Our Management Development program provides participants with training and coaching in the skills they need to maximize their own potential and to effectively deal with the people reporting to them.  We combine small group training sessions with personalized coaching in key areas that target an individual's development needs. The Myers-Briggs® assessment can be used to provide trainees with information about current styles and preferences. Group seminar topics can include:

  • Leadership & Motivation

  • Providing Effective Feedback

  • Interpersonal Communication

  • Effective Teamwork

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Stress Management & Life Balance

This program can benefit those currently in management positions as well as those who are being considered for management or supervisory roles.

Prerequisites

For group training sessions, thought should be given to selecting  individuals who will benefit from interaction with one another by providing honest feedback, support and encouragement.
