Management Development program provides participants with training
and coaching in the skills they need to maximize their own potential
and to effectively deal with the people reporting to them. We
combine small group training sessions with personalized coaching in
key areas that target an individual's development needs. The
Myers-Briggs® assessment can be used to provide trainees with
information about current styles and preferences. Group seminar
